Returns & Refund Policy

At Revellyn Lifestyle Collective, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
    • Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

    • Email us at customersupport@revellynlc.com with your order number.
    • We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
    • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.

Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    • If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange when inventory allows.
    • If the desired item is unavailable, you’ll receive a refund instead.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at customersupport@revellynlc.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

    • Final sale items
    • Discounted or promotional items (if specified at checkout)
