  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • All items are shipped from Texas.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Not available

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $100.
  • Orders below this threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s status through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at customersupport@revellynlc.com.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
